Despite a number of very unfortunate cuts, this show has a lot to offer and is well worth your time. China> Rider and The Other One are dynamite in the first set (nice Cryptical reprise> Sugar Mag). The high-energy Good Lovin to start the second set is a show-stopper. Dark Star is very interesting with lots of quiet spacey parts, but is marred by an early cut. I didn't get a chance to listen very closely to Lovelight, but I believe there's a cut there as well. Something like seven of the 17 minutes for that track is pre-encore crowd noise.

That's pretty much what I thought - certainly a Dark Star I had never heard, and I really enjoyed the Good Lovin' even though I'm fairly sick of Good Lovin' as a rule.

Yes, another one for which I gave up sometime back (some outstanding jams on early ones, 10-4-70 for example), and don't get me started on the Bobby versions of the latter era.

Hey, every Forum has its flakes...flakes beat trolls and incomprehensible drivel (my speciality) any day.
